·      Installation and configuration of computer hardware, including PC’s, laptops, tablets and other IT peripherals and equipment.

·         Monitor and maintain computer systems and simple networks.

·         Troubleshooting computer systems, simple network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

·         Installation, configure and support of : Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and Windows 10 operating systems.

·         Installation and support for Microsoft Office and various other software applications.

·         Implementing and configure data backup and recovery, including both software and hardware.

·         Installation and configure anti-virus and firewall software. Also the removal of computer Viruses, malware and spyware.

·         Installation and configuration of of ethernet and wireless router configurations, including DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP.

·         Configuration and setup of email client software using various protocols including POP3, SMTP, IMAP mail.

·         Migration to new computers including data transfer, software installation & configuration, advice on compatibility issues.

·         Domain Name and web hosting management.
